I was contacted by Microsoft after they locked my computer down and they told me your antivirus program that I have does NOT protect windows 10. Please I need clarification on this matter ASAP. I was on facebook at the time and just looking at the pages. Not clicking on anything...

Hi Jacquelyn Jones,

I think what @woodartisan55 informed is correct that this is a possible Technical Support Scam. Normally, Technical Supports would not contact you unless you have contacted them first and have an open inquiry or problem that you have reported to them.

I would suggest not to believe in this types of scam as it is possible that there really is no problem.

If in case they have informed that there is malware/virus on your device, then you may contact us directly over our support lines so that our malware experts can identify if there really is one.

Thank you and have a great week!
