As I work on my computer I notice the "waiting" circle. Because I have had this problem prior, I knew to check my Trend Micro ability, did and was disabled. Resumed working and this repeats. Please assist.
For your issue, if you are not using the latest version (Ver. 11) of Trend Micro Security, as Tom mentioned, we would like to suggest that you reinstall Trend Micro Security to the latest version to fixing this issue. You can refer to the link that Tom provided for detailed steps.
