Ok your dumbass support has cut me off on chat 3 times now so I will ask here, first off here is what I tried so you dont need to reask me to do that..
I have uninstalled trend micro, i have used the Firefox feature described below before installing trend and it works perfectly, I am not reinstalling anything as I am sure this is not the only time you have heard ths,

Now my question Why is it that the Firefox Security Feature does not populate user id's and passwords after Trend Micro Maximum Security is installed!!\
This happens to every computer I install it to and every time I install it, somehow Trend installs its plugins and will not let me uninstall them or disable them and 2 it automatically disables all firefox ease of password entry features therefore I have to reinstall Firefox thus loosing all saved passwords to be able to use the saved password feature. I want an answer and rite now I am not uninstalling anything other than Trend and going to ask for my money back as well for the 5 year / 5 seat plan!

I THINK what your problem is is that Trend Micro has its own password manager which will override that of Firefox, the same as it does with Windows Defender firewall. It's more secure than Firefox and will do the same autofill. I'm not certain, but I believe that's the case.

I've used it for years now and have no complaint.

@robculbertson529   According to your description, we suspect you have installed our Password Manager which bundled with Maximum Security.

If you prefer to use Firefox Password Manager feature, please try the following steps to remove the addon of Trend Micro Password Manager and re-enable Firefox Password Manager feature:

  1.  Open your Firefox browser.
  2.  Click the menu button and choose Add-ons.
  3.  In the Add-ons Manager tab, click the Extensions or Appearance panel.
  4.  Select Trend Micro Password Manager Firefox Extension and click the Remove button.
  5.  Restart the Firefox browser.
  6.  Click the menu button and choose Options.
  7.  In Options tab, click the Security panel.
  8.  Tick Remember logins for sites.
Please see if you can use Firefox to manage your passwords again.

Just a kind reminder, Trend Micro Password Manager not only can manage and protect your passwords but also provide the auto sign-in feature to login websites easily. If you would like to try it on other browsers (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome), here's an online article to assist you installing the extension:
Using the Password Manager Browser Extension

Please let us know if this solution solves your problem.
