Maximum Security full scan crashes my computer

I am running Maximum Security on Windows 7. Running a full scan crashes the computer.

We understand that the Full Scan of Trend Micro Maximum Security crashes your computer. For us to further check, may we know the following:

1. What do you see on your screen as your computer crashed?
2. On what percent of the Full Scan did it crash?

Also, it is possible that you are having a conflicting software on your computer. To know more, please refer to the link below:

On the other hand, if the full scan stops at certain percentage, you may temporarily disable your Trend Micro program for about 30 seconds, then enable it again. Please see the link below:
