Manual Update Request

I would like an option to manually check for an update before starting a full scan.  Since my scheduled scan feature stopped working I need to manually start a weekly full scan.

Hi garycall, 

Here's how to manually check for updates: 
  1. Open the Trend Micro main console. 
  2. At the upper right corner of the console, click on the icon of a man. 
  3. Select About the Software
There are a few possible reasons why the Scheduled Scan is not working -- screensaver is running, the computer is in hibernation mode, etc. To resolve this, you may visit this link:
