I have replicated the issue on my end by going to the site that you are visiting and it seems to have directed me to a number of sites. Those sites might not be safe to visit and as per checking our Global Site Safety database, this link is untested.
You can try running the check on your own on this link.
Also, the Trend Micro program Scan on your computer only runs scans for the files that are saved on your computer and it can only protect you through the real time scan while you are browsing. The pop ups that you are received is a sign that this website that you are visiting contains a malicious content and that it is dangerous for you to continue browsing it.
