Lenovo Service Bridge cannot update

I have a Lenovo laptop. A program called Lenovo Service Bridge and Lenovo Update Service also cannot update because of the blockage by the Maximum Security. How to solve this?

If Trend Micro Security is blocking Lenovo Update Service, then you may add it in Trend Micro Security's exception list. Please follow the instructions from the article below for your reference.

These programs are already in the Exception List. That is the point. I think that the Folder Protection module also blocks the Temp files/folder to be written by Lenovo Service Bridge and Lenovo Update Service. Other programs perform well except but these ones.

Thank you for the update. Do you get any specific error message from Trend Micro Security whenever you try to initiate an update for Lenovo Service Bridge? If yes, can you send it so us so we can also have a look on it.

In addition to that, have you already tried disabling Trend Micro Security before updating Lenovo Service Bridge? If you haven't done that, then please try it now. You may follow the instructions from this article: Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software
