Language missing

Hi team,

i did now  several downloads of TM Max security 12 version, but the problem is that if i start to install i got only 5 languages and not the language i wants (Dutch, Nederlands) and the install is every time English and that is not correct if the language on the computer is Dutch.
I don't have trouble using it, it works fine but there is something not correct. I had the English Beta version on it, so must i do a big cleanup or is there something wrong in all the downloads?
Here a screenshot of mine download languages, it is nothing in compare the list on the site!

My OS is Win10 Pro
Download : TrendMicro_12.0_HE_Full

It seems that you downloaded an installer for North America and Asia Pacific Region. Allow me to help you with this.

Please download our global installer. Here's the link for the installer:

Download Center (Maximum Security) 

You should be able to select Dutch language on the License Agreement stage of the installation.

Then the system is not working good, if a account is Dutch or a other language then the download you do there should be the right won.
This is not the case!!!
Or you must use in all accounts the global down-loader then the problem is not there anymore!
Hope that you change that, so the customers got the right won always!
Also it should help if you use a other name for that file, i got 5 with the same name now but they are different, EU AZ  US at the end or so!
