We understand that you are having troubles with regard to the compatibility of the Password Manager application to your banking website. Allow me to share some ideas with you.

The Password Manager application's function will on work for sites that has a field where you can type in the password and the user name (2 fields but not limited to it). In this regard, it also checks the security protocol of the specific website where you wish to use the autofill function. If the site itself does not allow these type of features to work, as disappointing it may be, the Password Manager will really not work.

In this case, the website of your bank might have been using a security protocol (that is why the Password Manager is not working on that site now) and though we cannot promise that we are able to make a fix, I will still file a request for this matter.

but at the same time if i can insert the username & password with other app  for the same site why cant TMPW....it means that there is no such security protocol about which u mentioned. Also same is the case for axis bank login . i cant use the app. The banking sites are the most preferred sites for which i ( and i am sure most of us) would be interested in to not to let others see our passwords by auto filling it. & same is the default purpose of me buying the software.

May I verify if you are only referring to the auto fill feature of the program or for the program not saving automatically your username and password for the website?
Can you provide us the url or the website/s, to check if they are supported. Thank you!

Hi vishalthakkarin,

In addition, the website you provided is not on the list of Password Manager’s supported sites that is why it is not letting you sign in automatically even after saving your login information, if this is what you mean.

You may use Passcard Memo to manually sign in to the website.

Using the passcard memo feature is of no use ......if everything is to be done manually then what is the use of spending money on this app....i rather insert things manually

Just an additional information about using the passcard memo. Passcard memo will help you login faster on the website you're referring to since it has copy and paste feature on it which is much easier than typing credentials manually. We will work on the website to include it to Password Manager supported site but there is no exact date and assurance that it will be added. For now, I recommend to use the Passcard Memo feature of Password Manager.
