Key not working for 2nd device

I have bought the trend micro online for 3 devices. It was installed successfully on my mac but when i tried to install it in my PC it is not working and the message pops up saying the key is not valid valid.

Hi ,

what is trend micro online ?!

Internet Security ? Maximum Security ? Premium Security ? 

for use AV on multi OS must purchase Trend Micro Maximum or premium Security .

and use this link for install on windows .

I suggest that you log into your trend micro account.  If you don't have one, create one using the email address you've associated with your license use that worked.  Once you can log into your account, you should see the license and how many uses have been "used up" if it's a 3 unit license, it could be that you've inadvertently used the other uses by mistake and need to free them up again so you can use the additional uses properly.

For this issue, using the serial number to activate on a wrong Trend Micro program can also result in getting the error message. We've checked your account information and we confirmed that you are using the Trend Micro Internet Security.
