hello support just a quick question my trend micro isn't starting up automatically anymore when I logon is there anything I can do about this?

We understand that you are having troubles with the Trend Micro Security program as it is not starting automatically. Allow me to help you with this.

Can we further check this by trying to restart your computer? Then check if the Trend Micro icon will be present at the lower right corner of your screen aligned with the date and time (task bar). The normal scenario is that the Trend Micro icon should appear there and the status will be "Starting your Protection". There might be some slight delays for about a minute or two.

If it does not appear after sometime, I suggest that we do a reinstallation of the Trend Micro Security program.

Hello Victor I just found the cd I used to install TM software going to uninstall and reinstall, I see the (Product Activation Code) & My Member ID # will let you or the community know results thanks.
