Just installed on another computer and it will not stay protected After every restart nit come up unprotected

One of the reason why you are experiencing the problem is because, there is a program installed on your computer that conflicts with your Trend Micro program.

Make sure that there is no other antivirus program installed on your computer.

You may refer on this article for the list of programs to be removed and how to remove them :)

@fd139959 Sorry you're having issues with our product. For your renewal question and have to manually turn on protection question, could you provide more detail on what is happening? e.g. error message, basic PC info. Some screenshots would also be helpful. You can use the attach image feature in the comment editor to upload screenshots.
