I have a HP Touchsmart 600 computer with windows 10. Whenever we scroll through topics in Yahoo or Facebook or ...our cursor jumps to the back arrow and often we inadvertently end up a screen back. I have run my Maximum Security but it doesn't seem to find and or fix any virus associated with the issue. Any thoughts?

Hello, @gtwo68, Welcome to the Community!

For this issue, we must first identify the root cause of the issue. Since you have reported that you have already ran a scan through our Maximum Security Program and found no Malware Infection. You can also try running scans using some our tools to further confirm that there are no Malware present on your computer. You can also use our Anti-Threat Toolkit. Click here for the Free Download then Refer to the Clean Infected Computers portion.

(If you are not familiar with what system type are you using, you may press and hold the Windows Key on your Keyboard and then hit the‘Pause|Break key once, a window should pop up with that information.)

We can also consider running tests on the Hardware Side. If this issue happens only when using the Touch Screen capability of that machine, you may try using the Scroll Wheel of your mouse to do scrolls and try if the issue will persist.

If after running the Anti-Threat Toolkit and still, there were no threats found and you have also replicated the issue with your Mouse, consider contacting your computer’s manufacturer so they can perform further testing on their end.
