How do I get rid of JS_NEMUCOD.SMK14 on my MacBook Pro? I am not sure where it came from. Trend Micro response is "Ignored." I have tried to delete using Trend Micro but it keeps coming back.

For your issue, I am afraid that the reason why "JS_NEMUCOD.SMK14" keeps coming back is because this file needs permission before your Trend Micro Antivirus can delete it or maybe the threat might be attachments in your email. Hence I suggest you manually go to the file location and delete those files. The file location is included in the scan result of your Trend Micro program.
