Ive just renewed my cover although it was not due until October but do not see any evidence in my account

We've checked your Trend Micro account details from our system and it appears that your subscription has already been extended until 10/26/2018 and was renewed last September 22 2017. You may confirm this by opening the main console of your Trend Micro program. You should see an updated expiry date located at the bottom of the scan button.

By the way, we have recently released the 2018 version of Trend Micro Maximum Security. Since we noticed that you're still using the 2017 version, we are suggesting that you upgrade your Trend Micro Maximum Security to the latest 2018 version. You may simply follow the steps provided on the link below:
