I've got no answer about finding my renewal Bpay payment done on 03/10/17 after tomany attempts by phone & chat

No answer of receiving my renewal Bpay payment.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue that you have encountered. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have checked all of our resources here with the information that you have here with us including all of the information that you have shared when you contacted our Phones and Chat support and there are no renewal or payment made under your account for this year, 2017. The only payment information that we have is was back in May 2016.

If money has been deducted to your BPay account, it will be better if you can get in touch with them so they can help you with any concern or question that you might have.
