hey guys. I just purchased a new CPU. when downloading ITUNES I'm getting an error when attempting to SYNC IPHONE. After a quick search, it was mentioned that my Antivirus might be blocking the sync. If so, is there anywhere in my trend micro profile that I can allow cetain programs to run? cheers

Sorry that you're having problems with our product. For your question, yes there's a way to set up programs to bypass Trend Micro Security. To add iTunes to Maximum Security's Exception List, please refer to the link provided below:
Configuring the Exception List of Trend Micro Security software

This is a workaround to get your iTunes/sync working again. This blocking definitely doesn't sound normal so we'll also be passing this information to our product development team to investigate.
