10/7/17 I have received 2 emails since yesterday that say I need to pay for items still in my cart. This is upsetting since I did pay and am currently using the product. Here is what I received:

I understand that you are receiving emails informing you that you still need to pay for your subscription even if you have already renewed. Let me help you with this. 

I would like to apologize for these inconveniences. When I checked your order history here, there are an "Open" status and "Complete" status on your account. The reason why you are receiving that email is because of the "Open" status on your order history. One possible reason why you have this is because you might encountered an error during your purchase and you created a new one to complete it. But I assure you that your subscription is renewed and already extended. You can verify it by checking the expiry date of your program on your main console or on your account.
