It appears that I have overlapping products. Do I need to be concerned? Am I due any refund back over the lesser product?

One expires in May, the other in August.

I understand that you have overlapping products under your Trend Micro account. For this concern, you need to check which of your computers/devices are using it. This is needed for us to know if all of the products are in use or not. For you to check it, you need to open the programs and check the serial number it uses. You can check this link for a detailed step for you to find the serial number and see which devices are using it: Finding serial number

Also, upon checking in our end, you have contacted our email support for the same concern, if you want you can choose to continue it from there.
