Is Trend Micro blocking Cortana and Edge from the Internet?

I am using Windows 10 and the latest version of Trend Micro. When I attempt to use Windows 10 Apps or Cortana I get a message about not being able to connect to the internet. I have no problem using Chrome so I am not having an internet issue with anything but Windows 10. Is there a setting I need to change in Trend Micro to allow me full use of my computer?

Thank you for using Trend Micro Security product! To isolate to make sure the issue on Windows 10 is due to Maximum Security or not, please check if this problem continues after you temporarily disable Maximum Security.
