Is there a fix Trend Micro's Maximum for the issue with Windows 10 update?

Windows 10 has been trying to update my system to update KB4074588 (OS Build 16299.248) but is experiencing some issue caused by some antivirus software programs.Here is the url link to what Window 10 states: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4074588/windows-10-update-kb4074588

We also have the same discussion for this problem. We have our friends over here in the community that has resolved this problem.

Windows 10 version 1709 not installing.

I have restarted my computer several times now and I keep seeing this posted in my Widows update history information: "Requires a restart to finish installing"

I didn't contact support by phone as suggested, but today I finally got the problem fixed by installing Windows 10 Update Assistant https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10  then launching it and having it install the new released updated version of Windows 10. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully Trend Micro and Windows 10 will play nice together once again.
