I have Trend Micro Mobile Security installed on my iPad. The App for iPad tells me there is an update to the TMMS app but when I try to run it I get the error "Unable to Purchase. Trend Micro Mobile Security is not compatible with this iPad." That doesn't make much sense considering I've been running the app for quite some time now and it still runs fine, I just can't update it. I run versions of TrendMicro on my iPad, my iPhone, my MacBook Pro, and on a Windows 10 desktop computer. When I last renewed my subscription to the desktop and Mac machines somehow my licenses got all screwed up. I wonder if that is what is in play here, that perhaps I need to uninstall the version of TMMS I have and reinstall the version with the latest license? Can you advise? The product version on my iPad is 3.2.1190 and the iPad is second generation.
