Invalid Password

I have installed the software and when completing the confirmation I fill in my email & password. It then says password incorrect & sends an email to change password. I change password & fill in email & password again but it says the password is still incorrect.This is the 3rd time I have been through this process, what can I do to complete installation?

I have created a new thread just for your post. May I know if you only entered Alphanumeric characters when you reset your password? Or did you enter special characters? If you entered special characters please try to reset it again and this time please enter alphanumeric characters only.
