Internet security turns off after Win10 restart

I find that Internet Security vers 10.0.1288 appears to be turned off after a Windows 10 restart.
I get a warning from Lenovo - not immediately, so open to potential threats

Thank you for asking here. Regarding this issue, please help check if Internet Security is in the Windows Startup Programs. Here's a related topic from Microsoft TechNet Forum for detailed steps:
How do you add new Startup programs in Wndows 10?

If Internet Security is in the list, this issue may be caused by multiple programs trying to start up at the same time. May I know how many minutes does it take from the computer has fully turned on before the Lenovo warning comes up. Thanks.

TM was not in the list - in fact startup folder was empty - supposedly good practice?
I've added it now...
BUT question, I thought a TM process was supposed to exist in the background that was run on start-up?
- I am surprised that I have to run the whole application ?

I restart the system very infrequently - but will test later today.

OK adding TM to the Start up folder works - but a restart is much much slower - as it runs the whole client processes before starting the rest of the system :-(

Thanks for your reply and sorry for the late response. Normally, Internet Security is added to Startup folder automatically during the installation. Since we only have a limited information about the Internet Security not-starting issue, it's hard for us to analyze the reason. However, we are glad to hear the solution works for you!

According to the slow restart issue, please refer to the help doc below to change Trend Micro Security System Startup option to "Extra Performance", and see if it can improve your startup time.
