I have had serious problems with my Internet security not starting when I boot. When I try to start it, it won't start. OR another problem is it is stuck in update mode. I have had to uninstall and reinstall every 2 or 3 days. This is getting old. I'm on Windows 10 and have updates install automatically for Windows.

List of conflicting programs

When you have confirmed that you don't have any conflicting programs in your computer and you are still getting the same issue. Please follow these steps.

  1. Search Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit in your computer.
