I'm using Windows 8.1 on a Dell XPS 8700 pc. This morning I had this error: KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE I was told my computer would restart. Since then I've been getting messages that both Trend Micro and Windows Defender have been shut off.
All is OK. I called today. I couldn't deal with those popups any longer because they were keeping me from doing the brain work I needed to do to get some other things non-computer related. I actually hadn't thought about how old this computer is! Time for something new. Thanks a bunch. Now if you can tell me where to get a working model brain..........
