Internet security flawed

Internet security blocks trusted websites repeatedly, even when protection level turned way down and even when temporarily turned off. Also, why can I not get online support from trend micro because I bought the product from Best Buy? Is the product flawed and thereby abandoned by trend micro?

What is the message that is provided when those certain websites are blocked? You may provide screenshots and any other details so we can get a much clearer picture of the problem.

You may also try the Trend Micro Site Safety Center to test the URLs of the web page being blocked. This web page will display the result and findings done by one of the largest domain-reputation databases in the world.
