Internet Security 10 seems to be blocking flashplayer on firefox using windows 7

Seems to happen mostly on facebook games, If I exit Internet security the game loads, I can then restart the Internet security and carry on playing.

When I first start I get the firefox message Plugin has stopped responding

We have received information that updating Shockwave Player can resolve this issue. You can refer to the following steps to install the latest Shockwave Player:
  1. Use your Firefox to go to Adobe's Shockwave Player download page and download the installer.    
  2. Close Firefox when the download has finished.
  3. Open the Shockwave Player installer file you downloaded and install it.
