-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

Hello ml,

it is still possible using proper version.
Please, check at this page for details and installer file.

Remember that XP is no longer supported by Microsoft

Hello everyone and mlsupport ! Welcome to the community!

As per our official statement, Microsoft has announced that all official support for the Windows XP OS has ended on April 8, 2014, which includes all bug fixes and vulnerability patches. After April 8, any new vulnerability that may be discovered or targeted at Windows XP will not be addressed by Microsoft and may be of concern to users, especially those who have not yet upgraded to the latest supported OS. You can refer to this article for more information about Microsoft’s announcement.

We would like to apologize if this will cause you inconvenience.

Thank you for understanding.

Hello Max Slo,

The version 10 will no longer work on Windows XP. It is now about to reach it's End-of-Life (EOL).

We cannot advise any user to do it anymore.

I hope this clarifies your concern.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!
