Installing Trend Micro is a BIG pain!!!!!

I am having one hassle after another trying to install your "Trend Micro Maximum Security 10". It is a BIG pain in the butt!!! FINALLY, after about 30 minutes, I got it to install on my Win 10 computer and NOW, I cannot get the extensions to download onto Firefox 47.0. It says that the extensions are not signed so, they are disabled. How in the world do I get "signed" extensions??? Also, despite the fact that I just set my password... Your program says it doesn't recognize my password.

Thank you for your new purchase of Trend Micro Maximum Security and sorry to hear the issue you are encountering. Per your description, we understand that you're having problems with the extensions to download Firefox 47.0. For a workaround, we suggest you run an update manually by following steps:
  1. Right-click on the Trend Micro system tray icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  2. Click "Check for Program Updates" and the About Your Software windows will appear and will automatically check for available updates.
After running manually update, please follow the below support page to enabling your Trend Micro Toolbar and Password Manager's browser extensions to check if the "extensions are not signed" issue is solved:

If you're still seeing the "extensions are not signed" message, please provide the picture of the message and the screen shot of "Check for Program Updates".
