Installing trend maximum security

I purchased the trend maximum security and now I am trying to install trend onto my windows 10 but the extracting files and unpacking the compressed files process is taking hours and then when it gets to 100% it starts the process all over again.

Then do a new download here:
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program

To resolve this issue, you may try first the links provided by Tom. If the issue still persist, please follow the steps I will be providing you below:

1. Download and RunTrend Micro Anti-Threat Toolkit Anti-Threat ToolkitDirect Download

2. Download and UseRootkit Buster: Rootkit BusterDirect Download

3. Download and RunUninstall Tool: Uninstall ToolDirect Download

4. Download and RunRemnant File Remover Tool:Remnant File RemoverTool Direct Download

5. Download and RunPermission Tool: Permission ToolDirect Download 

6. Manual Removalfor Trend Micro Folder from ProgramData:

• Press the WindowsLogo key (located between the Ctrl and Alt key) and R key on your keyboard toopen the Run Command window.

• Type in"%programdata%" and press Enter

• Choose the"Trend Micro" folder and delete it

After doing the steps provided above, please try to reinstall the Trend Micro program on yourcomputer.
