Thank you for informing this issue. We understand that the Coupon Printer was detected as a spyware so you could not install it successfully. Please follow the steps below to stop Maximum Security from detecting valid files and programs as malicious:

  1. Open the main console of your Maximum Security program by double-click the Trend Micro icon on your desktop or system tray (at the bottom right corner)
  2. Click the Security Reports button (next to the Scan button and Setting button)
  3. Click the Computer Threats tab
  4. Click the See more details about your protection under Spyware section
  5. Click PUA_Coupons.component then click Restore
Note: If the name of the detected spyware is different from the name we provided, please do let us know.
Since we can also reproduce this detection in our lab, we will report it to our malware analysis team to investigate further. Please let us know if the solution works for you. Thank you!
