Restart your computer.
Press Windows key + Rkey on your keyboard to open the Run command.
Type “%temp%” in the open field, then click OK to open Temp folder.
Press Ctrl key +A key on your keyboard to select all files in Temp folder.
Press Delete key on your keyboard to delete all files. Note: If you see a message mentions can’t delete the file, please click Skip.
Perform a quick scan from Maximum Security’s main console to see if the problem is solved.
Perform a full scan to see if the problem is solved.
