Impossible to turn off Auto Renew !!

I have been going around in circles for the past hour trying to turn OFF the auto renew on a mobile product.

I have managed to do it on the other products I'm slowly giving up on but your green Auto Renew button just takes me to an FAQ page where I have to log in again and the process begins all over again, back to the start, it's ridiculous.

I've removed iall Trend Micro apps from my device, still no good.

I've read other posts with this same problem so PLEASE do not give me the '3 option' solution with the same link I have followed and visited more than 20 times this morning. Removing each of my desktop systems is tedious as the portal hangs on your site with each install cancellation.

I even tried live chat and after entering my details again and again and again only to be faced with blank pages, I'm giving up. I want the auto renew OFF before the september 10 date, otherwise I think it will be my turn to start billling Trend Micro.

I have checked your subscription from our system and it appears that you have purchased 2 different Trend Micro Mobile Security subscriptions directly from Google Playstore. Please be informed that the reason why the Auto-Renew was not being disabled from your Trend Micro account is because the subscription was being managed by the Google Playstore.

To fully disable the Auto-Renew setting of your two Trend Micro Mobile Security subscriptions, we advise that you contact Google Playstore Support on this hotline: 1800-093-181. They are open 24x7.

I use a iPhone,who do I ring .paid subscriber and I just have blank pages when trying to contact you I'm feed up 4 hours or more thanks for no reply

The best way to disable AR is from the Mobile Security Play Store page.
You will find a link to do so, near the disinstall and open buttons.
