I'm getting the message"unable to install login to this computer with administrator privileges before continuing". Has anyone else seenthis?

I'm trying to download my existing subscription onto a new PC and I get the message"unable to install please login to this computer with administrator privelages before continuing". Has anyone else come across this?

Hi @michaelslater1977, thank you for informing this issue in Community. 

To resolve this issue, please make sure you log in as an Administrator. Here are the steps to help you:
  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts.
  2. Click the user account you are using, then do either of the following:
    -If the account is a Standard User: click Change Account Type, then select Administrator.
    -If the account is already an Administrator: proceed to the next step.
  3. Click Apply, then click OK.
After confirming, you can install the latest version of Maximum Security on your new computer. Check out this article for step by step directions on how to do it.
