I recently bought Samsung Galaxy J3(2016) mobile phone and have no security. I wish to transfer my Titanium Max Security from my iMac to my mobile phone. Please help. Thanks Derek

I see here that you would like to transfer the protection of your iMac to your new Samsung Galaxy J3 mobile phone. Regarding that, we need to login to your Trend Micro account for us to delete the space/seat that is occupied by the iMac under your license and then we'll install & activate the Trend Micro Mobile Security app on your Samsung Galaxy J3 mobile phone.

I. To Delete a Device registered under your account, kindly do the following steps (originally from the link Managing your Trend Micro Account):
  1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
  2. Type your Trend Micro Account email address and password, then click Sign In.My Account Page
  3. Click the X icon next to the device/computer you wish to remove protection.X Button MyAccount Maximum Security

  4. Click Disable Now to confirm the removal.
  5. The device/computer will be removed from your account and you can now install your Trend Micro program on your new mobile device/computer.


II. Installing and Activating Mobile Security App on Android
  1. On your Mobile device, Go to the Google Play Store
  2. Tap Install, then tap Accept to accept the app permissions.
  3. Wait for the installation to finish. Tap Open.
  4. After reading the Trend Micro License Agreement, tap Accept and Continue.
  5. Tap Join if you want to help make Mobile Security better or tap Skip.
  6. On the bottom left corner, tap Buy/Activate.
  7. Tap Use Activation Code, then enter your serial number.Tap OK.
  8. Sign in to your Trend Micro account.
Once that's done, please make sure that the expiration date that you see on the Mobile Security app matches the one that is listed under your current account.
