I updated last night and now Adobe XI crashes and none of my printers work. Is there a way to go backwards?

Hi Randall,

I don't suggest going back to the outdated version of the Trend Micro program. Are you able to disable the Trend Micro program and see if the issue about Adobe and printer still occur? Here's how:

Disabling and enabling Trend Micro Components

Let us know how it goes.

I just got lucky.  I ASSUME when I installed Trend Micro update it turned on everything security.  I found the location where Adobe had been checked to not print, I unchecked it.  I assume Trend did this.   Stupid.  I went into control panel and reloaded Adobe also, this fixed the other error.  I would offer this suggestion to Trend.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  I wasted a lot of time.  I don't want t spend a lot of time with a virus protection software.  I spend money so I don't have to spend time.  I don't for sure want addons stuck in there.  I am starting to understand why people go off grid.  I am work now I just have to calm down.
