Hi Charles.

Your post this in Problem, on the public TM site, where everybody try to help.
But i cant help you if you don't give any info!
OS version, TM version, what is happening, give some screenshots.
The most of the Trojan have a name, some are harmful, some don't.
So give us the info, than we can help.
The most of these malware cums when you download a free program and you give the permission to install, than you can find in the most cases the program in the Program list.
If you got a restore point and go back some days will also do the trick at some occasions.

Kind regards,

Hi Tom, thanks for always helping us and sharing your knowledge in this community!

Hi charlesmarsh347, as long as Trend Micro Security program is running, then you should be protected from malware. Have you tried running a Full Scan on your laptop? May I know why you think your laptop infected with a trojan?

If there is any specific symptom that has happened on the laptop, as Tom mentioned, please provide some detailed information and screenshots to help us understand the situation. We'll try our best to help.
