I renewed my expired subscription today and now I am unable to remote desktop to my computer, can you please help me with this issue?

I need to open a port for my remote desktop connection RDP to work. This was working well prior to my renewal

I find that a subscription shows a renewal of 10-6-2016.  However, I have 3 subscriptions that expire on 2040 as a lifetime.  How do I check which device has the 10-6-2016 so I can add the one I bought yesterday.  Caught me out of town on the 8th.
