I renewed and updated my Trend Security onto my laptop and now I cant log onto facebook. ????

Thanks for asking here! Regarding your situation, let's isolate to make sure the log on issue is not due to Maximum Security. Please check if you can log on Facebook after you temporarily disable Maximum Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

Don't forget to enable your Maximum Security after the confirmation.

If the log on issue solved after temporarily disable Maximum Security, to help us understand more background before recommending a solution, please provide more detail on what is happening. (e.g. basic PC info, browser info, can't log on Facebook error message etc.) Some screenshots would also be helpful.
