I really don't like that you don't give users the ability to configure the firewall. Its either, on or off... Totally useless.

There is NO clear and easy way to make changes to the firewall. The applicaiton is blocking a port which I DO NOT want it to.

Hi Steven Morey

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours.
There is no firewall in TM only a booster.
The firewall is the "Defender Firewall" in Win 10, so if you want to let a port open you must do it there!
Hope this helps,

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Steven Morey and welcome to the Community!

As Tom mentioned, Trend Micro does not have its own Firewall but only a booster to the existing Windows Firewall. Thus, Trend Micro has no capability to block a port.

If you are encountering any issue regarding a port that is being blocked, you can configure it directly through Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall. However, I do not recommend this without in-depth knowledge about it as it involves security issue within the network.

I hope this helps!
