I posted two problem descriptions I saw yesterday. None are listed today-why not? After finishing the msg , entered a second msg, and tried to sign-off, both times, on this account board I saw  error messages but they were different, is this why they are not here? One of the Warning messages came after a Win10 update(1.5 hr long), and was unable to run the TMIS quick or full or custom scan...The warning message seemed to come from an official popup TM window that said that I am unable to run because "an existing scan is in progress"(which was not true),and It asked to "please, try again later."; The other two were error messages upon sign-off from my account. This description was reentered today.  Whats happening here? [Today. TM is more functional. Not back to normal (HP Printer not working) I think. The explanation I guess is that after the Win update the PC rebooted several times. After the last reboot, I thought I'd run the TMIS to check my pc. Thats when the error messages occurred. Well, since then the PC has been rebooted twice and the TM scan now works-still Checking fs, the feedback sign-in and sign-off are ok. Can this be confirmed by TM staff?]

Hi gdztech,

Do you still remember the exact warning message you received from Windows 10 Update?

For now, what's important is to confirm these points:
- Windows Updates has been installed (no new updates as of the moment)
- Trend Micro program can run a quick scan
- You are able to sign in/out on your account

If all points mentioned are doing okay, then there's nothing to worry about. Just make sure not to run scans while Windows Update is running so that not a significant amount of resources of your PC will be used (also to avoid malfunctions).

Yes,The warning message and two error are in quotes above. The (unknown process or as the pop-up error message window indicated it was an update (I assumed it was Win10)) was a process running I am not certain it was a Microsoft Windows update because it did not identify itself and say these exact words. (I failed to look and use taskmgr.exe to see if it was running either because it has not been providing a sorted and readable list any more;its display of processes running has changed and made it more difficult to quickly understand whats running.) So, it is not easily seen and unknown exactly what update it was that was occurring on my pc to me. I received a delayed message indicating there was an error occurring. I was in the midst of finishing looking at jobs on links found by a search engine i.e. Intel (that required entry for search finds), facebook/intelcorp, and Motorola and then I moved on to do something else when problems arose. It on its own w/o my knowledge seemed to slow down. (Now as I recall more strange things that have happened recently, my TM came on by its own at some point as a small pop-up window and it seemed it was searching for "Trojans" a non found/no problem found was indicated and the pop-up message went away.). I had to reload my HP printer s/w to find it and seeing improper functioning of the printer functions since. These other things I saw before and during and after.
