I paid for Premium and I get Maximum - What's up?

I have just paid for an upgrade from my Maximum Security installation (which was due to expire in 8 days) to Premium Security, downloaded the installer and installed the product.
However, is still says that it is Maximum Security. How do I get it to upgrade to Premium Security - I thought the serial number would have controlled this??
One other answer to this question says that the product is the same, just the number of devices protected is different. That is not what the web site says - the Premium Security has extra features and when I pay for a product I expect the title of the product to reflect that.
What's up???

In New Zealand , Maximum Security and Premium Security both have the same security features, so they are using the same program. The main difference is that Premium Security includes Premium Services delivered by our premium service engineers via 24x7 hotline and remote PC assistance.

In addition, 3 tiers of Premium Service is offered in Premium Security:
  1. 24x7 Support -- live phone and remote support for security problems
  2. Silver IT Helpdesk -- #1 + Full support for 1 PC (install MS Office, configure Windows, etc.)
  3. Gold IT Helpdesk -- #1 + Full support for 6 PCs (install MS Office, configure Windows, etc.)
