How do I change my Account to update my credit card information? I do not see in the web portal access to make the change. Please advise how to do so or else the renewal will not be paid upon completion.
If you go to your scan start page by clicking the TM icon, you should see a human figure in the upper-right corner. Click that and follow the link to "change account information". That should take you there.

For your question, changing the credit card details is unavailable on the Trend Micro Account portal. You need to manually renew your subscription in advanced if you want to register a new credit card. I suggest disabling Auto-Renewal by the following step first. To update your credit card information, you need to contact our Support Center for assistance. Here's an online help doc to help you: Updating your billing information
After contacting our Support Center to update your credit card information, you can ask our agent to re-enable your Auto-Renewal, or turn on your Auto-Renewal by yourself.
