Cannot open iTunes

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and upgraded Trend Micro also for Windows 10. But now I can't open iTunes! I have to turn off Trend Micro, open iTunes, then activate Trend Micro again.

Thank you for reporting this issue. For your "iTunes" issue, please try to add iTunes to the exception list. To add iTunes on exception list, please refer to the link provided below:
Configuring the Exception List of Trend Micro Security software

This is a workaround to get your iTunes working again. Blocking iTunes definitely doesn't sound normal so we'll also be passing this information to our product development team.
