I just upgraded from microsecurity to max security, did the begin download, saved file clicked on run...didnt get any prompts? what do i do?

I just upgraded from microsecurity to max security, did the begin download, saved file clicked on run...didnt get any prompts??? what do i do?

For your issue, as Tom mentioned, we suggest uninstalling older programs and installing the latest version of Maximum Security.
