For us to investigate further, can you please provide us with the following information: 1. Screenshot of the message/error message. 2. Link/URL or the website address of the message. 3. Affected Web browser/s. 4. Toll free number of the Support Scam. 5. Last Visited website. 6. Last activity on the computer before getting the Scam message.
Customers usually get a pop-up message with detected threats, critical errors, security warnings, computer hacked message, registry failure and they need to contact a toll free number immediately to fix the issue. Customers also hear a background voice explaining why they are getting the message and why customers need to contact the support number specified.
