I just paid for this app and it still says that it has expired

I understand that you purchased an app but still getting notifications that it's expired.

If you may be referring to the Trend Micro Mobile Security app, please try signing out and then signing in (Settings > Setup Account) using the same account you used for the purchase. Once that's done, please check if the expiration date has been extended to confirm that the paid version has been activated.

By the way, may I ask if this is for iPhone, iPad, or for Android mobile devices?
