i just loaded S/W on 2nd PC with difficulties - S/W thinks that i have too many installs & wont acitvate on second PC? How do you fix this.

i just loaded S/W on second PC had some difficulties and the S/W thinks that i have too many installations and wont acitvate on second PC? How do you fix this.

I understand that you encounter the error message "too many installation" and the subscription wont activate on your second PC. This error message occurs if you have activated all of the available seats of your subscription. Upon checking here in our end, your subscription is only good for 1 device.

You can refer to this link to transfer your license from one device or computer to another.
The link includes the steps you can refer to. You can also check your Trend Micro account to check the devices your subscription are using. Here is the link for the Trend Micro Account
