I installed your software and now I get "the application was unable to start correctly (Oxc00000e5)" error all of the time

This issue may happen if Trend Micro program is blocking a software on your computer.

May we know the program/software that is having this issue? 

You may try adding the software's location folder into the exception list of Trend Micro Security Software. Here's the link on how to add a files or folder into the Trend Micro's exception list:
